By using Strenzo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Strenzo.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Strenzo ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Strenzo. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

3. Description of Service

Strenzo is a random video chat platform that connects users with strangers for video conversations. The Service allows users to engage in one-on-one video and text chat sessions with randomly selected users. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or quality of any connection or conversation.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Display nudity, sexual content, or engage in sexual conduct
  • Harass, stalk, or threaten other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Service for any commercial purposes or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age
  • Record or capture other users without their consent
  • Share personal information of other users

5. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We do not record video chats. All video and audio data is transmitted directly between users using peer-to-peer technology and is not stored on our servers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRENZO AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER USERS.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
